Who we are.
At SAWA: The Society of Art & Wellness Academy, we believe that creativity and wellbeing go hand in hand. We are a learning space dedicated to personal growth, artistic exploration, and conscious living. Through acting, improvisation, movement, mindfulness, art, dance, and self-development programs, we create experiences that nurture both creative expression and inner awareness. SAWA offers a supportive environment where exploration is encouraged, individuality is celebrated, and growth happens at your own pace. While many of our programs focus on self-discovery and wellbeing, SAWA is also a home for artists who wish to deepen their craft. We offer professional training, masterclasses, workshops, and creative learning experiences designed to help performers and creatives develop their skills, strengthen their artistic voice, and continue growing throughout their careers. We believe that great artistry begins with self-awareness, and that personal and professional growth can evolve SAWA. 🌼 Our Mission: SAWA exists to reclaim creation as an act of presence: a living community where artists advance their craft through deliberate, principled practice and collective expression, and where everyone is invited to step outside the rhythm of modern life and discover conscious living through art. We create not for metrics or recognition, but because making is how human beings find their way back to themselves and to one another. Our Vision: We aim to bring our mission to every corner of the MENA region, transforming how an entire culture understands art, until conscious creation becomes not a niche pursuit, but a shared way of being. Founder bio: Habiba Moustafa is an actress, acting coach, and creative facilitator. Trained at RADA, City Academy London and Stella Adler Academy in LA, she has worked alongside leading MENA actors including Ahmed El Sakka and Noor Al Sheikh, and in productions such as Rasheed, Fat El Meaad, and others. Her work integrates performance training with self-exploration tools, helping individuals and artists develop greater authenticity, confidence, presence, and creative expression.
